He was/is a great recruiter. Yes i liked him but after that loss to the gumps in the ship, the way they lost, i wanted him gone. He continued to meddle in the offense by just wanting to play 70's and 80's run run run up the middle. Tim Williams (bama) who was from baton rouge, couldn't understand why LSU kept running the ball. He said lsu was predictable on their formations and player packages. They knew the play before the ball was hicked. Ive been wanting him gone!

Less let the game pass him by and wouldn't change...he was his own worse enemy...that is why he is not here anymore...

Crickets! Because he knows that he could have done that if he wasn’t so stubborn.

I disagree. He could have brought the offense into the 21st century, but his O line and D line recruiting lacked greatly. We wouldn't be where we are today even if he wasn't so stubborn.

Seems the media would want interviews, and would be interesting to hear Les’ thoughts about the Tigers. Have I missed something?

He was on ESPN yesterday. Quote: "Just think how good they would be if they ran the pitch dive 4 or 5 times a series"....

His fatal flaw was sticking with Harris over Etling because while no Joe Burrow he likely doesn’t lose that Wisconsin game.

He should have gone before then at the end of '15.
The Wisconsin loss just confirmed what everyone already knew. He wasn't changing. He was stuck in yesterday. His recruiting ratings were great because of the highly rated skill position players but he was failing at roster management. He wasn't getting us to the CFP.

The program was in a slow decline.

Miles had a good run. He achieved but yet it seemed like he underachieved.
