Has any player in any league watched more tape than Burrow these last two weeks?

I actually have my doubts.

There’s no doubt though that Clemson‘s hopes defensively ride completely on Venables ability to slow down or possibly even confuse Burrow a good bit with his defensive playcalling.

My confidence lies in Joe’s amazing work ethic and preparation. His mental preparedness on an every game basis is unmatched and I’m not sure there’s ever been a college QB to match it.

It’s also why I think he’ll be a fantastic NFL QB.

Clemson knows this, and Venables will be trying to mix things up and create moments of hesitation and confusion that will throw JB9 off his game.

I don't think it will make much of a difference. To beat us, Clemson will have to score upwards of 50 points on our defense that actually has been disrespected, unlike Clemson who thinks they have.

Burrow has already mentioned teams never show what he saw in film study. He might not be spending as much time as you’d think.

Why? How much has Burrow watched? How many have all thousands of pro's watched?

I get this, but ultimately, their defense is who they are right? At some point they will rushing 4 or 5, dropping 6 or 7 and hoping for the best. Joe will have time behind our O line to find their weakness. I expect CEH to provide some nice balance, as he has all season. I think our athletes on offense find a way to exploit their D, I don't care how "different" they try and make it look.

He's still watching a ton of tape. He's also trying to pick up on player tendencies, which is just as important as the scheme itself.

I assume we self scouted pretty intensely. I also believe part of our OU game plan was to run some setup plays for Monday.

Where did I state unequivocally that he’s watched more? I asked a question and then said I doubt it. Mix in a little reading comprehension jack.
