Has a team ever not moved up after beating #1?

There’s only one spot in front of #6 before being the play offs, which is occupied by Tenn.
Has anyone ever seen a team not move up in rankings after beating #1? I have not.
Btw, just a reminder. Penn State was ranked #10 before winning the big 10 in 2016. Not #6, and did not have a game against #1.
