It is what it is.
The writer is going to write this kind of article because of the off the field situations LSU had been in with it's star players over the past 2 years. Both were covered in the national sports news and on ESPN Gameday.

You don't have the right to incite violence and then hide behind the First Amendment.

I'm not familiar with Louisiana's criminal code, but I doubt it is too different from the national standard, and it certainly will not violate a Supreme Court decision.

Theses poor bastards can't see straight since Hill didn't hang. Two misdemeanors that's all it is. The "victim" knows he's a douche and is probably happy they can't talk about it. Dude who stalked and recorded should get hung out
