sn't there also a process as a student charged with a crime that JJ would have to go through to get back to classes? I thought Les mentioned that at one time. What is the process that LSU puts a student through after an arrest? I would think a felony would or should get you tossed from the school? Anyone have some knowledge on this subject?

Students get dwi. They dont get kicked out of school. T-bob got a dwi, he didnt get kicked off the team.

thats the thing we dont know whats going on in the locker room. to this point it looks like everything is ok. but that was when things were up in the air with jj. now we are coming to another crucial time. only time will tell.

These guys play for Miles...not Jefferson. No matter what Les does, he will not lose anyone. Miles is probably the best coach at getting his players to play for him and their school. The players love him.

Do you think CLM and the players on the team who support JJ (most of them, I'd imagine) don't like winning and being #1?

Again, 'experts' have said that kicking someone in the head was more than simple battery. And I'd agree...if the GJ had evidence he'd kicked someone in the head, the charges would have been a bit more serious.

Felony battery requires serious bodily injury. If you kick someone in the head, and there are no serious injuries, it can't be 2nd degree battery. Simple battery is all that is left.

LSU will lose up to 3 games if JJ is reinstated and see significant playing time. The chemistry that has developed will be gone and will split this team.

Some want Mett to start, sexual battery. Bunch of fricking hypocrites, and dare i say racists?

You can dare to say it all you want. Those who wanted Mett to start wanted him to do so because of poor QB play. You know why no one is clamoring for Mett now--it's not because Lee is white. It's because Lee has looked like a capable QB and the offense is averaging 39 PPG despite a pretty tough schedule.

The same people who wanted Mett and now approve of Lee also love them some Tyrann, Montgomery, Baker, Claiborne, Reid, Mingo, Brockers, Logan, Freak, Ford, Ware, Randle, Peterson, Shaw, Faulk, Shepard, Beckham, Boone, Wright...all of whom are black.

GTFO with this "dare I say racist" crap.

There you go.

He may or may not play but with this finally on it's way to an end point, it looks like he would be reinstated.

I never said he would fricking start, nor should he. Dont be a dumbass. I would be more worried about dudes groping my daughters than my son getting in a bar fight.

You would also be stupid if you wouldnt want a qb with JJ experience on the bench in case it is needed. Just like the assholes who said Lee should transfer. I bet these are all the same people.
