That was a long article and I enjoyed every second of it.
I love how Brian Kelly thought it was cool and had to tell his wife about the Louisiana culture when he was at Will Campbell’s house.
This quote showed how bad coach O left the program.
“The health of any program is generally about organizational health, which is communication and collaboration. Organizational health here was probably as poor as I’ve seen it.”
Brady Quinn sounds like the jealous girlfriend who got dumped for a better looking girl.

I wish someone who actually knows what happened with alot of those stories would compile a tell all. As painful as it would be to read just how atrocious everything was under Ed at the end, I'd be fascinated to read every word.

Not sure coach O was ever a very good manager of an organization but after the Championship, whatever semblance of management ability he had, check out.
As for football culture, it was pretty widely known that O was not real good on keeping guys between the navaigational bouys. He didn’t do much to keep them healthy other than lifting weights which he stressed above all else
Kelly believes in total human health which will be a culture shock for many but it’s the best for the players and overall function of the team
