If he can calm down in the pocket, he’ll be fine. Hopefully with the snaps he gets this year, he’ll develop.

I find he played well and even when folks were questioning the short time he played in game 1. Sure, he missed a few throws but no one knows who was at fault on those plays. Maybe they were timing routes and the receiver ran the wrong route or turned the wrong way. Also, when you are playing with a backup offensive line and the defense still has starters, he’s already at a disadvantage over Burrow.

Some guys just seem jittery. As long as he makes the correct reads and throws accurately, nothing else matters.

He’s actually more mobile than I thought. Showed some good speed on that scramble.

He will be good, especially with the same receivers and an experienced TDP and Emery

It helps when the snap isn’t a rainbow on its way to the QB.

He’ll have time to develop while he waits on those looping snaps back there.

I definitely think with snaps he'll improve. The talent is there and he's got the skills to run this offense.

I am more worried about our backup center than the backup QB.

I am very thankful Brennan stuck it out.

When things were iffy there for a bit, Brennan was being fervently recruited by Gundy at OkSt. I was worried that he would end up in Stillwater. Narcisse ended up being the one to leave, which honestly surprised me.
