Honestly after watching that give me coach o. He coached a depleted USC team to a respectable end. He has learned and improved at every stop. Give me a guy that's willing to adapt over Les who is stubborn.
Another aspect is orgeron could just need another shot as a head coach. Not comparing them at all but bellicheck failed as a head coach learned from his mistakes and evolved. Maybe o has too. I do know one thing Saturday you will see this kids play their heart out for that man.

He is candid, honest, and hilarious. His accent to boot makes him the perfect fit for us.
His USC story is great. Boy does he have a chip on his shoulder. I'm fired up for him!

When I heard the interviews from the players earlier talking about him bringing in a rope for them to pull to show that they all need to pull the same way, I thought it was interesting. Then watching this, he tells the story of how he did it at USC when he took over.

How prophetic his words about how everything happens for a reason. No question he has the desire to be a HC again, and he said this time around he wanted to treat his players like family. Who better to learn from than Les Miles. I wish Coach O. the best wherever his next HC job is.

Love coach O. I've watched him speak in this video like 5 times already. Hell of a guy

LSU could do much worse and I think he'd be a competent coach. that video just made a believer out of me.
