True on Alden. I had an opportunity to be at Wrigley today but opted to fly home. Glad to hang at home with my wife (who is a diehard Tiger baseball fan), watch us beat OM but missed a chance to see the Cubbies. Fly back tomorrow

The West will come down to that series at the Box in a few weeks. Alabama does have South Carolina and Florida the next two weeks.

USCe just squandered a great situation... lost a man on the bases... so the fly out that ended the winning would've scored the game tying run on a sacrifice
