Some of them think that they have the horses to run with LSU. Kinda cute, really.

he way to attack our defense is quick outs and attack the line between the tackles. you don't want to throw across the middle, and the option will rarely work. Our d is tailor made to stopping the option, or HUNH offenses

Best quote for me lest we get too full of ourselves:

"Better teams than LSU have lost to worse teams than Syracuse."

A lot of realism with some sprinklings of "Hey we have a chance" which, statistically, they do. I hope they don't just lay down for LSU and play with some fight.

I just watched Leonard Fournette highlights from just this week. Good lord, if guys don't bounce off him, he throws them off of him. I think we will be seeing more of Lanard Fournette in the second half because it could get out of hand. And I am usually an optimist. I hope I am wrong, but I just don't think we are quite there yet, with regard to competing against teams of LSU's caliber.

Anyone that thinks Syracuse can defeat LSU is delusional. Jamie Keehn would probably be their best linebacker.

you disagree?

State exploited us with quick throws and Auburn exploited us up the middle several times with QB draws.

This guy is going to go into a deep depression when Fournette/Guice have 100+ yds on option plays alone

You said the same thing about the U.S. Navy's chance at Midway during WW2.
Well, he has a point.

you realize the post you quoted was an LSU fan telling Syracuse how to attack LSU right?

If not reread the thread.

lets not act like LSU is all that much better than WVU in 2011 (70-33 clemson game)

quote:

LSU beat that WVU team in Morgantown 48-27 and it was 27-0 at halftime. LSU is a semi-pro team. Their only weakness is QB but against most teams they don't need a passing game with the best RB in the nation and a nasty OL in front.

Our D will load up to stop the run. Their QB is not as good as Dungey and could get rattled into some bad decisions.

Too bad he will never find out how wrong he is

I really hope Dungey plays.

I'd rather them be able to give us their best game.

One of their posters said with Dungey healthy, they could/would beat Auburn.
