Would you be in favor of this if it meant upgraded amenities and reasonable ticket prices?
Gordon by himself w0uld probably kick in at least that much.

Is nothing sacred anymore?
Everyone is trying to turn college football into the NFL. Why strip everything from it that makes it special? It’s turning into a shell of what made it great.

Lulz. The name of the stadium makes the game special?
Everyone would still call it Tiger Stadium. Just like everyone still calls it the Superdome. Nobody says “I’m going to a game at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.” The announcers would say at the open and that would be about it. And maybe a new banner/ad/logo. Oh the horror.
If it means the difference in cheaping out for a trash coach like Special Ed or spending an extra few mil for a top of the line coach it’s an easy decision.

The SEC schools get that much or more from the SEC every year.

37 million is chump change to the AD relatively.

Obviously it wouldn't be 37.7m for LSU

I don’t know much about the Mountain West Conference but I have a feeling 37.7 million means A LOT more for a team in that conference compared to a P5 team
Good for them

I’m amazed that LSU hasn’t done this already.
