When should we expect to hear back on if we are getting tickets or not? First time being on the list

Renewals were down
I'd Call them, ticket office, tomorrow and see if they can give you a date

They assign you a time slot to pick tickets on an interactive site. It’s assigned by priority. Once you come up, you sign in, pick, and pay.
Everyone who wants to move, add tickets, or buy for the first time are in the same queue, so you can watch the interactive site for days before you pick to see what’s available at different periods.

You should receive a email in about a week or so. It will instruct you how to proceed. And you should be able to get tickets. Especially if your a TAF member and regularly donate.
When you first get Season tickets, sometimes you need to avoid expecting to much when you first pick your selection. Keep donating every year and you will be able to move where you desire. If you get in the endzone, I would be happy.

This! I got season tickets in 2006. This was before
you could select your seat. I got 4 tickets in the west upper. I liked the people around me so I never attempted to move. My tickets don’t have a donation. 4 years ago I decided to start donating $100/year to TAF b/c I wanted to add seats and now even though my ranking isn’t high, I usually have a decent amount available to choose from when my time comes. I’ve since added 2 tickets and moved my seats.
