Does this mean Vincent will play safety?

I had no idea that Flott would end up contributing so quickly this year when we signed him.

Do we not like the Delpit/Stevens duo thus far?

Against running teams and on running downs we do, or if we are going to have Stevens rush the passer. Stevens excels in those situations but is a liability in pass coverage.

Coach O mentioned Vincent, Delpit, and Stevens at Safety.

great opportunity for Flott. gonna get a ton of reps against a team that throws the ball all over. coaches will get to see if Flott sinks, or swims.

otherwise, the better teams are going to wear out vincent who has been very hit and miss.

Todd Harris was more of the problem than Stevens has been.

Flott will be picked on and tested early and often. With a QB like Love not sure if having Fulton play nickel is the best debut for that. But let’s see how good Flott is supposed to be.

Stevens needs to be near the LOS to put him in a spot that will make him the most effective. Especially considering our need of improved run support on the edges.
