I would love to know. To me this is the difference in a W or L this Saturday.

Don't bite my head off, but I heard JJ about 70/30. Both are sharing equal time in practice and should be a game time decision. I don't know how reliable my source is at practice though so I can't really say it's going to be Jefferson

LINK

Jefferson said he and Jarrett Lee were splitting the reps at quarterback during Monday’s practice, but that he again expects to start Saturday at Florida.

Take it for what it's worth. I still think Lee starts.

Not me, I think Jefferson gets out there to run the ball the first series to get a look at the defense.

They are probably counting on JJ busting one 80+ yards to start the game, AGAIN...solid logic

To anyone with plain eyes it should be...

Lee - Starting QB
Shepard - Change of pace/Wildcat QB
Jefferson - Emergency option at QB

I agree, plus maybe a little less pressure on Lee if he is not thinking the rest of the week about starting.

I know Les has told both of them to prepare like they were starting.

I wonder if Lee has issues with being "the man"? If thats the case i can see starting JJ for a series or two to take some of the pressure off of Lee.

Regardless of who is or isn't, wouldn't we want Florida to have to prepare for both?

While this may be solid logic and desirable, I don't believe this is what we will see. We will see almost exactly what we saw this past weekend.

Good point, but why show your hand? FWIW, I hate that swap-a-roo QB system...but I'd certainly make Florida work at it. JMHO.
