We finally got a head coach that will hold these players accountable and not just tell them what they want to hear this is NFLU. You know what you can still be NFLU but you must follow the rules and you won't see any girlfriends or wives at this practice. 
Alot of players don't like that disciplinarian coach but I think guys like Saban, Dabo , etc. have established that winning is the ultimate goal and winning makes everyone happy for both players and coaches by getting paid and players making it to the NFL.

Jack Bech is the best football player on the roster. Period.

Reminds me of John Wooden of UCLA. He had similar values constructed into the "Pyramid of a Champion".
