Not sure why we can't keep some of these Juniors from leaving early.. Seems like NS can convince his Juniors they are better off staying for their senior year but we let ours go! Too many leaders leaving to be a good team next year!

When asked if they wanted to stay, this seems to be a common answer.

This. It’s the new normal. Just like the one and done in basketball. It’s not just LSU

duct tape and rope could work, but you have to untie them to practice and play so they will still leave
its the new reality, get used to it, 3 years is all any recruit ever stays on any team from now on unless the NFL declares juniors arent eligible, so thats your only remidy, good luck with that

Pretty much if they are projected to go in the top 3 rounds, they are probably gone. Happening at all schools. They will only stay if they think they will go higher the next year and make more $. Also, if they've been getting banged up in college, they are more apt to leave before they get a career ending injury.

As I check, more Tigers on the NFL playoff rosters than any other college team. You think that is why these kids come to BR? Of course the best are gone after there JR year.
Transfers happen everywhere in the modern era. Kids want to play; if they get beat out, they move on. The NCAA grad rule does not help the situation either.
College football in the modern era is not what it used to be, for better or worse. The later thanks to ESPN, but that is a topic for another time.

All of those guys are top 2-3 round guys. I can't wrap my head around how and why we continue to lose guys who are marginal draft picks from leaving early.
This year alone, Clapp is a late round pick and Weatherford will struggle to get drafted
