Stop trying to convince yourself that Steve Ensminger, UK's OC, or Tee Martin is going to improve upon the 54th ranked offense in America just because you like Coach O
Trying to implement a new offense with no continuity next season will make it a complete wash even if we have a strong team

So it's not possible for LSU to be better than 54th in country in offense?

How many threads do you plan to start today.?
Do you realize what is being said about Canada and the reason he is being let go? If what is being said is true, and there is a lot of smoke, then there is no way Canada could stay on this staff, and will be gone with cause.

I agree with you. I don't think any of the names you mentioned would be an upgrade and I do believe Canada should be kept if at all possible but if Freeze or Briles Jr was the OC hired to replace him I would not have a problem with it. Unfortunately, I believe O is going to promote Ensminger because he will be a yes man and not rock the shrimp boat. The only bright side of promoting Ensminger to OC is Special Ed won't be keeping his dream job very much longer and we can be done with this terrible experiment. If we're really fortunate maybe Alleva can be fired with Orgeron and they can float off into the sunset together on his shrimp boat!

Ensminger didn't want anything to do with continuing to be an OC last or this past year and was relieved when Canada was hired, seemed content going back to coach TE's so I don't see him coming back to be OC.

All true. He also played against an atypically soft SEC.
In other words, it wasn't all bad (I think he did a good job), but we also don't have to pretend that it was great either.

I literally haven't seen anyone on here say Ensminger, Gran, or Martin would do better than Canada.
I certainly don't feel that way, but I also think we can upgrade from Canada - Briles or Freeze.
