We keep hearing that the money isn’t a problem and that just doesn’t seem to be the case. We have a coach that has tanked the entire program in 1.5 years and he still has a job. LSU talks a big game but the reason we got stuck with O in the first place was to try and save money.

When donations and attendance drops like a rock, they won't have a choice but to make a change....

The reason we're stuck with Orgeron is because of Alleva. Orgeron is a stooge, and Alleva got a bargain basement deal.

Categorically false on all points. two of the last three LSU coaches have been the top paid in all of college football Miles and Saban. O has a package that has him 4th highest paid. It isn’t about the money.

Money isn’t the issue. He is gone. He isn’t fired bc of all that has to happen behind the scenes. Dominoes have to be lined up. Makes it harder to say it is bc of off the field issues when you fire him right after a loss. Lawyers and admin and getting a new interim in place is a lot with another game Saturday. I think if it happens midseason it is after ole miss with the bye week. LSU is probably figuring out how to fire him and pay as little of the buyout as possible. I say 2 weeks from today he is fired.

People panicking because he's not fired today... Jesus christ..

Maybe give it a couple of days after everyone is back to jump ship?

you don`t kwtf your talking about. Scott Woodward isn`t
Joe Alleva or Joe Dean he knows what he`s doing. He has a
history of NOT firing coaches until after the season is
over.Just like the Baseball search he keeps things on the
sly.O is gone but I don`t think he will change because fans
are impatient. It will get done but not on your time.

Not about money.

We can pay O off out of the TV money this year alone easily.

7MM over 5 years will pay him off and won’t hurt the next hire budget wise unless it is a big fish.

The money is there boys. O might get fired for cause, and there will be no buyout.

Ironic isn't it. O will be gone by the end of the season.

This doesn’t seem to be the case. They’re worried if they were to attempt to fire him for cause he would fight it, and it would make the whole situation even uglier.

Will absolutely NEVER happen. That would be ignorant. You pay him to go away quietly but now way he gets 16 or whatever is left by the time you fire him.

There are two sides to the equation when looking at money. Income and expenses. Soon, if not already, O is affecting both sides of the equation; therefore, he’s a goner.

The lawyers are working behind the scenes.
