Edit: for clarification, a former AD employee is suing lsu, then five former students are suing lsu, now Miriam is suing the Texas law firm that said she was negligent. For fricks sake.

Yep because the vast majority of lawsuits filed aren’t frivolous or anything

Always a clear sign that youre ignorant when you cite this example as a frivolous lawsuit. A 2-minute google search would reveal her claims were 100% legit and McDonalds tried to frick her over.
