ESPN needs to fix their app

The game never shows up on the app until halfway through the first inning. They should let you click on it and wait until the broadcast begins.

No problems when I am showing the game at work. A little buffering but that is it have you tried backing out of the app and then reinitializing it?

The app WORKS fine. Its just a matter of the game actually showing up to click on when the game starts. For example, i missed the first two outs of the game while i constantly refreshed it waiting for the game to show up

I clicked into it at 115p and left it on there until the game started at2. Not sure why y’all did t see it until so late.

It keeps saying this isn’t part of your package but that’s BS. I’ve gotten in and out multiple times and it still won’t let me watch it.

Had that problem with the Samsung smart tv app last night. Had to grab a Roku from another TV. Game showed up, but would not play

If you get to the game icon and it has the start time, If you click on it, it will only show the game and the time. If you never refresh that closer to game time, the game will not play. If you get to the icon and it show’s “live”, it will show the game waiting to start and will come on as soon as the broadcast is started. It’s somewhat of a glitch in their app.

The ESPN app in general, could be better.
As for us ncaa bb fans, I don’t have an issue finding LSU’s games. The app lets me select the game (LSU) prior to its start time and I get the SEC screen saying something like “my event has not started yet”. BUT at the official start time it will not auto load the feed. I have to back out then click back in.
