Man I like this kid. Works quick, has good control, always in or right around the strike zone, and lets his defense make plays. Certainly hope he can stay healthy this year well I hope all the players stay healthy

He’s not looking so hot. He’ll progress throughout the season. You can tell he hasn’t pitched competitively in 1.5 years.

He looked good the first 3 2/3 innings we’ve seen from him. Something just got off for him that last inning. He’ll be fine.

He’s got a funny little wrist flip on his release... gets him a lot of spin and movement but when it’s off, man is it off.

He still needs to shake the rust off but the kid knows how to pitch and work the strike zone to his advantage. Hopefully in a month he will be hitting on all cylinders.
