For those of us who can't be in and around the stadium, would posters please post their thoughts on the energy level around campus?

I amped up and wishing I could be out there. It's been to long.

TIA

I guess we won't really know until the third quarter.

I think there is a chance that we will see the stadium staying full through the game.

nope

People haven't been leaving just because Miles was the coach and aren't going to all just decide to stay now because he isn't.

People leave at halftime because we're up by three possessions on a rent-a-win team.

People leave early because traffic is an absolute bitch on campus.

People leave early because their buzz is waning and the stadium doesn't sell beer.

People leave early because of the tailgating environment- either it's been a long day already, or they're looking to get back to the party.

Very very few people went to a game and said "I'm sick of looking at Miles, I'm going home."

Well, there are more Missouri tailgates than LSU ones currently in the new Alex box lot, so who knows...

I think there's a lot more buzz and anticipation around campus.

Hell, I was out and about and you could feel it all over Baton Rouge yesterday and last night.
