When the dust settles after his LSU tenure, his reputation will be so fricked, he’ll be relegated to DL coach at Illinois or Boston College

HE won't need to work after this payoff. The events since the A&M game in 2015, as they have unfolded, are staggeringly bad. LSU paying millions for shite in return!!

Saban has a better DL coach in Karl Dunbar right now

Alabama’s DL coach is better than LSU’s HC hahahaha

Yeah, if he wants a position coach job, a lot of programs will roll out the red carpet for him.

Assuming he's not under a show-cause at the time.

Orgeron will always have a job as a recruiting coordinator. They put him at DL because it’s the only position he knows.

But for his recruiting prowess, it’s hard to know if he would be hired at all for his position coaching skills alone.

He’s a good DL coach but that may take a hit depending just how far he sinks

I am all for him going elsewhere regardless

He won't need another job, not because of the payoff, but because he'll lead the Tigers to the promised land.

Give him a chance if you have a brain instead of a mouth.

You may be surprised...

Here's a secret...he's was never going to get another big time job (either as HC or DC) BEFORE he was hired as LSU's HC.

His P5 HC market was literally one school...LSU.

Alleva has turned LSU in to "second/only chance U".

Johnny Jones, Ed Ogeron, Steve Ensminger. Literally no other major conf school considered hiring these guys for significant positions EXCEPT LSU.

Nah. He basically staged a coup to overthrow the man who hired him. He may be a pretty good DL coach, but he ain't worth that. He's done at this level after this gig ends. Not that he'll ever need to work again.

That would be awesome, and probably not hard to engineer, given how much of an emotional meathead he is.

But no. It will likely be NCAA sanctions, the result of O being too stupid to even cheat.

Wow, you are really, REALLY dumb. You think any of those guys would hire a guy who got the last head coach he worked under, fired? Bitch please.

He had a job in the NFL, at USC, and at LSU after going 3-21 at Ole Miss. He’ll be ok, he just won’t ever get another chance at a HC job again if he fails. I think he knows that too

He worked behind the scenes to get a good guy fired while he was his DL coach. Nobody will trust him.
Oh and asst DL coach isn’t really much to brag about as far as being an “NFL Coach.”

So he coached in the NFL, USC and at LSU after going 3-21 at Ole Miss? Yes or no. He will have no problem finding another job as a DL coach if he fails, none. His resume has a DL coach is pretty damn good. The fact that he’s a poor choice at HC doesn’t also make him bad as a DL coach. And wtf, our fans had the pitchforks out for Miles for years. What Orgeron did was manipulate the AD into removing the interim tag. I don’t see how that equates to getting Miles fired. Our fan base did that
