Solve what? Nobody else batting Crews in? Kind of hard for someone else to “bat him in” when he’s not on base.
Or are you complaining that nobody else is on base when he homers? You do realize the bottom of the order bats in front of him? Those guys are at the bottom of the order for a reason.
Your only likely solution, if this is a “problem” you are concerned about, is to not let Crews leadoff.
