Apparently LSU has already concluded that the game will be either in Baton Rouge, Dallas or New Orleans. Contingeny plans apparently include those three locations.

How about the Silver Dome? Pretty sure Ike isn't going to Michigan.

Ladd-Peebles Stadium is in Mobile. That is where the Senior Bowl is held each year and it is a crappy stadium that has a seating capacity of 40,646.

I have been to the Senior Bowl the past 7 years and we park within walking distance from the Stadium. I don;t mean to be rude or offensive but I'm sorry that you had to grow up there. It doesn't appear to be a very safe area and I'm sure it is not on the Chamber of Commerce's must visit areas of Mobile.

the immediate area around the stadium fits your description....

but it is one of those odd areas where there are a few enclaves, within walking distance, that are the total opposite.

also not sure if in your travels you know where the 'cannon' is on govt. street. the stadium is just south of it. to the north of that is a pretty nice area.

we can't fill in that tiny stadium at Auburn. Heck they can't even afford elevators or escalators to get to the upper deck.
