They literally look like a 60 year old church league team after 2 hours of running around. I mean they never move unless its a screen.

No, just take your man off the dribble and hope for the best, rotten arse basketball. No fundamentals, lack of effort/ defense and you'd swear he was blind to what opponents were doing to him, no adjustments.
