Does LSU or anyone else sell a "Burrow" #9 LSU Jersey?

I have several old jerseys, a #3 and a #22. Neither of them came with a name on the back.
If it's just a PnG LSU jersey with a #9 then who is financially entitled to the "likeness" for that particular jersey? If you have to pay Joe Burrow then you have to also pay Early Doucet and everyone else who wore that jersey.
Who get's paid for my #3 Jersey? It is and always will be a Faulk jersey to me, but who can claim the "Likeness" and be legally entitled to any royalties from it's sales?

If/when the players are getting the royalties, they would just put the name on the back.

Clearly jerseys are sold by popularity of players. You don’t see any 38 punter jerseys for sale. There’s no name on them so the NCAA can keep up the facade these athletes are still “amateurs” while universities the NCAA make all the money.
If players are allowed to start profiting, they can put names on them.

The LSU shop does not have any #9 jerseys or did not a few weeks ago. There are a bunch of #7 jerseys. LSU has tradition around #7 that is not associated with any individual player.

Some of all need to do a little more research on these topics you try to act like experts about. LSU owns the colors, the logo, the trademarks, etc related to LSU.
Now if Joey B wanted to design a shirt that said, Geaux Jeux or something and sells it, then why shouldn't he be allowed to do that, as long as it doesn't infringe upon existing trademarks?

I have a game worn Shepard Jersey. Got it at an auction from alumni association.
I also have a no name #7 jersey I got from Nike. You can just add a name to it if you please.

I was given an Odell Beckham game jersey from a booster when I was a child. For years I didn’t know who wore it because the NCAA made LSU remove the name from the back before anyone outside the team could possess it.

Better be careful about buying/bidding on memorabilia from any Alumni function. They have a bad rep for selling bogas items.
Happened to me twice. Probably 10-12 years ago they were selling someones game used jersey. forget who it was. i bid and won. Got it home, did some research, and from the patches, there was no way in hell the said player wore said jersey. He had was still in H.S.
This one is really on me. Just a month or so ago, I bid on and won what was being sold as a "Signed Pistol Pete Maravich Photo. Should have known, cause the photo had been photoshopped with a Andonie Museum border. Got it home, took a magnifying glass to the signature. BOGAS. Just a REprint signed photo. Next day went to UClub to get my $$ back. i will NEVER buy anything from them again.
Also, word on the street is that there were some unique helmets wore for some game a few years back and they were putting them up for auction and/or raffles. Supposed to have been game used. However, I hear Stringfellow had/has sold at least 1 for 200 bucks. Seems he had paint and stickers left over.
So, with all this being said. As The Who would say. Don't get fooled again....like me....

I personally think this is the actual BS of College Athletics
You know you aren't buying unnamed #9 jersey for Jordan Jefferson or Early Doucet in 2019.
I feel like if you aren't going to pay players colleges should be limited to retired #s, former player jerseys with names, and Numbers linked to a tradition (as designated by a school so 18 for LSU or 12 for Texas A&M)
