Football will win 2 more before baseball wins another one, so it'll be a tight race at that point.

Football is on more of a solid trajectory than baseball

Yep. I don't think Paul will win another but I also don't think he'll be here that much longer. It might take us another 25-30 years to win 3 more football titles. Baseball should get one in the next decade I predict.

I need to know when they'll fire CPM and who they'll replace him with first.

Status quo? Football easily.

Baseball likely. However it won’t be pm doing it:

All the downvotes.... some serious PM supporters. Sure he won a NC over a decade ago, but has delivered a whole lot of mediocrity since then. That is a fact.

Mediocrity? The average college baseball team has had as many Omaha appearances and tournament games as LSU during PM’s time?

1908 is in the books so it should be on the wall and claimed.
No reason not to really.

Tough question.

There is no question the parity in SEC Football is second to none in the Power 5. With Clemson dominating the ACC, Oklahoma running through the Big 12, Ohio St running the Big 10, and the PAC12 being a shitshow. Teams like Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, and Florida are pushing for playoff spots.

The parity in SEC Baseball is worse. Just in projections this year three SEC teams are predicted to be Super Seeds and three others are predicted to host. Luck plays into College Baseball a lot more than Football too. Vanderbilt looks to be a machine right now and doesn’t seem like it’s slowing down any time soon.

The football team is on a big upswing, sure. The more realistic answer to me would be football.

Football. Baseball will continue to hang in the mediocrity level.

Logic would suggest baseball but I sure would be on cloud 9 if it ended up football.

We will not win another Natty in Baseball until after Manure is gone.
