The truth is that stud called him a big you know what in a oline meeting and he quit football. People on here will back this up as the accurate story.

c'mon man. why is it that everytime an LSU player steps up, this kind of post comes up. why didn't the coaches play him sooner? he's way better than the guy he replaced, blah, blah.

when turner and alexander first took over they were not better than hurst. it takes awhile for an OL to learn the position because they operate as a unit and it really is a complex position; both technique and scheme wise. but some of y'all here are so quick to blast our coaches that when ever a player does good it's the coaches fault. that's crazy.
