Just thinking these coaches, big time ones, do you think when naming starters ego gets in the way?

100% you know the coaches are pissed bc they’ll be asked about Nuss all off season.

They’ll deserve it too.

Agreed. Miles had it big time. Bk is a better coach than Les, but he has some of that stubbornness in him too.

That is what scares me about him I think this offense has to throw the ball with the talent that Louisiana has receiver wise and the stat of college football.

Ego 100% comes into play. How do you think CBK felt Saturday when it was blatantly obvious to everyone that he made the wrong choice and started the wrong QB the entire year? I wouldn’t be surprised if Daniels started the bowl game just because “I’m in charge and you’re not” and CBK is stubborn

If no changes made to ST then yes. Polian is his guy. His special teams at ND were horrendous and was kept on and you really cant have a worse special teams than what we had.

LSU administration doesnt have the power over BK just yet to make changes like ND admins did. Denbrock was horrible there and admins demanded BK fire him. He refused but did demote him to WR coach after 1 year as OC.

I'm okay with Polian keeping the title as ST coach and hiring an analyst to come in and run all facets of it as long as Polian is not allowed to have any input.

Look last year bowl game, LSU had a ton of walkons playing and actually fielded a pretty good special teams unit.

Nuss made a few plays
against the same defense that Daniels was moving the ball up and down the field on, with one good ankle. Let’s not exaggerate what we saw

JD had some good games … but , CBK could have pulled him when he got his “ deer in the headlights “ decisional paralysis . I can guarantee you Saban would have . Saban yanked Hurts in the Natty against Georgia and put in Tua . Remember ?? QB position has to produce , like every other position . Also , CBK is learning firsthand what it takes to win in the SEC .

Are you seriously going to say that Jayden Daniels hasn’t produced from the QB position?
