I think it's only been recently that he has been allowed to leave the state.

I know he's had his legal troubles but was he really confined to the state until recently?

He throws a fake Heisman ceremony in his backyard every year I believe.

All former winners attend, unless of course they are unable, and each one has a vote in who the Heisman winner is too.

Billy said dealing with the Heisman committee was like yanking teeth.

I talked to him last year and he said he wouldn't go unless Fournette was a finalist.

I'm assuming he won't attend in the future unless a Tiger is a finalist

The Heisman trophy presentation is just a money making scheme.

I don't recall him going when Mathieu was a finalist either.

He did show up for Tyrann"s year, but the two had never met until they filmed the commercial with Patrick Peterson.

I'm sure you think you're funny. Fail. When you have accomplished what he has, post again.

If the above comment was meant for me, it wasn't supposed to be funny. Billy Cannon had never met Patrick or Tyrann before the filming of the Ribs commercial. When they met, he told Tyrann he was at his ceremony.

Billy Cannon is one of the greatest men I've ever encountered. A negative comment about him will never come from me.
