Moo State runs RPO's, how'd that turn out?

They run a ton of RPO. Moo State QB can't read a defense. Tua absolutely can.

Moo State only ran RROs against LSU

not sure I'd hang my hat on MSU. The MSU QB couldn't hit the stadium seats one out of four attempts. Bama is a bit better.

Miss St. can barely complete a forward pass. Alabama’s QB is the most accurate in the country and averages almost 14 yards per attempt. Great comparison

Comparing apples to oranges my friend. Bama is not MSU. In fact Tua is the best QB LSU has faced.

To answer the question. Yes. Bama will run a lot of RPOs. It’s part of the formula. If your backers and DBs cheat down Tua will capitalize.

Looking forward to seeing how LSU’s defense matches up.

They pretty much ran the exact opposite of play action

Can't remember which team it was but somebody in the last few weeks was killing us with the option and they just flat abandoned it. It was perplexing. Maybe it was the cow bells but icr.

I expect Bama to have studied and schemed that meticulously, and I suspect it will give Aranda fits on adjustments.

They may run an RPO style offense, but unlike MSU, TUA does not run the ball much. In fact he has 8 rushing attempts in 8 games - that said, he is not a real threat to run the ball..

They usually do, but don’t look for Tua to be running much with a knee brace on and Hurts on the sideline with a bum ankle......

And Nick Fitzgerald couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat!!! He is a shell of the QB he was last year and he wasn't that good of a passer then.

Tua can read a defense and they will run a healthy dose of RPOs.

Don't know where you pulled that stat from but you are wrong!!! Tua has 26 carries for a net of 123 with 2 TDs and a long rush of 15 yards.

And TUA is NOT a threat to run the ball in the RPO as stated before.. 8 rushes in 8 games and I doubt that those were all runs associated with the RPO...

the D was very banged up against UF and they were able to run it down our throats, so that's pretty much why they were successful. Also, Dan Mullen is a better offensive coach than Mike Locksley.

It's not an RPO if the QB can't "P."

I think most are missing the point here.. an RPO is intended to make the defense defend 3 possibilities- QB handing off - QB running - QB passing ... from that stand point Bama runs more of a play action because TUA simply doesn’t run the ball.. RPO watch OU and you might understand - that is unless your a gump - gumps understand that in order to keep the gene pool intact, they must PROCREATE with family members !!!
