My wife, who knows more about the show Dance Moms than football, for the first time in our marriage, during Saturday's game, said "this team sucks".....so I'll let you do the math....
My wife knows nothing either.

We were at a wedding, so Sunday she asked me how the game went. I said we lost. She said "To Mississippi state?" I said yeh. Then I told her it was by 30 and the look on her face was pure bewilderment

it is not coach O's fault he was left with such piss poor lineman.

You keep repeating this every thread and nothing will ever be his fault in your adoring eyes.
He was the RC you dolt.

bullshite, i was as anti Les Miles as you can get and I think Orgeron is a pathetic excuse for a head coach and hated the hire from the moment i heard the news.

Actually since before that, because i could tell from the press conference announcing him as interim coach that he had a legitimate shot at winning the job. I dont think they used the word interim one time during that press conference.

while the overwhelming majority of Louisianans approved his hiring and still do

That doesn't make it a good hire or mean he is doing a good job. It means "he is one of us" for the majority of these morons

quote:

After all this is just his first loss of his LSU career and in fact he is 2-1 so far on the season

So now his record as interim doesn't count for yall? when yall were trying to convince everyone he could do the job you wouldn't shut up about his damn interim record, but now Mississippi State is his first loss as LSU coach.

Not to mention, it is not coach O's fault he was left with such piss poor lineman. It's his predecessor's fault.

He was the D-Line coach and the fricking recruiting coordinator

1. Who was Les' recruiting coordinator?
2. Who was Les' DL coach, with responsibility for recruiting D linemen?

Actually, you moron, the polls published a week before coach O was hired showed overwhelming support from the people of Louisiana for the hiring of coach O. It's only Less Miles butt lickers on the rant that opposed the firing of Less Miles that hated the hire, while the overwhelming majority of Louisianans approved his hiring and still do. After all this is just his first loss of his LSU career and in fact he is 2-1 so far on the season. Only insane lunatics are demanding that he be fired

Ah, because in this day and age polls are so reliable and cannot be used to push an agenda.

I'm concerned you think this matters.

I really really hope, at least with the Ogeron hire, that Alleva was not relying on the opinions of people who elected Kathleen Blanco, Mitch Landrieu and re-elected Bobby Jindal to the most important position in the state.

And as much as I think I am right about O, I really hope Alleva doesn't necessarily listen to me either. If Alleva can't figure out a way to make a competent and well thought out decision that doesn't rely public or message board opinion, then we have other problems.

It never is for the O faithful. The team leads the SEC in penalties, but Les is to blame.
