Does any of this affect other LSU sports?

Does anyone think this draws the NCAA to investigate football or baseball while they are here? I’m all for clearing house from BOS down but I don’t want to see our 2019 season hurt before it even starts.

Also, #FreeWillWade

Probably every sport other than our rowing team.

TBH if shite really hits the fan I hope Alleva on up are fired. It will be worth it if that is the case.

I heard it stretches across all sports including the quidditch program.

Makes sense. I never understood how they magically became so good.

From everything I’m hearing from people, I’m really worried about our football program. I’m also worried with the OLOL stuff that they may drop the hammer on the entire athletic department with postseason bans and stuff like that

the NCAA has been on campus twice digging into women's tennis in the last year ... probably not good for the "lack of institutional control" angle at least

Dammit I just paid the squash coach 2.7 mill to get my kids into LSU.

Well, they suspended our only coach with championship potential (I guess you can make a case for CPM). If we're just going to lose for the next 3 years anyway I'd rather do it without Clueless Joe at the helm, ensuring us that winning isn't the objective.

I really wish anyone making vague references to what he's hearing or sauces without giving specifics would get banned.

Of course this affects other sports. What coach would come here knowing he will have an administration fighting him every step of the way. This didn't start yesterday either. Coach O has to fight tooth and nail for everything he tries to do.

Coach O has to ask 4 and 5 times to get our administration to do something where as Saban asks once only and it better be done or there is hell to pay.

postseason ban

Let's be real here. If LSU gets handed punishments for football and has a postseason ban for a year or two it's not going to be the end of the world. We havent been to the SEC tournament since 2011.

Baseball is the sport that would be hurt the most if postseason bans were instituted across any of the 3 major sports.

Football I would argue suffers the least since they are the furthest removed from an SEC title.
