Does a close win/loss change your opinion of this team/coaching staff?

I know that a blowout win would make me think LSU is even better than I thought, and a blowout loss would do the opposite, but if this game is close +/- 4 points, what does it do for you?

Is a close loss on the road "Ok", or does this board blow up?

I'm not going to be happy with a loss, but it won't change my opinion that we have a phenomenal staff.

Would it bother you to be left out of Atlanta for a 4th straight year? In your mind when would Les be expected to win a West Title again? That would be Saban for 3 of 4 West Titles. That would be tough to swallow. That's why I think this is a huge game for Les.

Winning a West title at this point is winning a NC. It's a tough proposition and I don't view something we've done three times in 75 years as an expectation.

I know what you are trying to say, but that question is loaded. This LSU team would win every division in every other conference in the country, but it just so happens that the best team in the country may be in their division as well. If you are a Les Miles hater, you can say that the man cannot even win his own division. If you support Miles, you can say that his division has crowned 3 of the last 4 national champions.

Exactly. There are some people still not sold on this Les guy. The fans that are still in doubt are the real fans because they know to question the coaching staff, and to let them know the responsibility they have to the fans. If LSU loses, and people aren't ready to run the coaches out of town for that, then they're just accepting mediocrity.

there was a time when we would have stormed the field for beating a top 20 team. a loss would suck but iam damn happy with the job miles is doing. future looks bright for us.

One game won't change my opinion, we have a fantastic coaching staff. There would have to be a ole miss-type debacle to make me upset with Les

Dude give it a rest - At this point pretty much everyone on the rant knows that you are going to bring up the SEC west title and Atlanta and Bama and Saban all the time.

It is like a broken record with you - yes everyone would like it if LSU won the SEC West every other year and the SEC every fourth year but shite happens in terms of schedule and injuries and luck - so as long as the teams are competing every year it is a good way to enjoy the ride.
