Do you trust this coaching staff is capable of fixing the problems?

Obviously there are more than just a few cracks in the foundation of this team. If you deny that and insist there's nothing wrong, I'm not really looking for your input/sunshine pumping.
However, for the rest of us who operate in reality and not the realm of the imaginary -- for those of us who see the major issues: do you trust this staff has the ability to fix our offensive problems?

No.
The system has been implemented since the spring. I think the offensive staff is in way over its head.
