Just a few months ago, 7mil/yr seemed far fetched. Imagine what another Natty will command.

If it does, it means he wins the NC in 202.

If he keeps winning. With the amount of money a championship football program brings in to a school, you could argue that O, Saban and Swinney are underpaid.

Doesn't LSU already have Coach O wrapped up for like 9 years? He'll be about 67 by the time he gets to the last year.

The question is are you prepared for retirement?

An extension doesn’t mean you add on the years to the previous contract.

This is a stupid take period.

Not certain, TBH. If he becomes a sought after coach, the it would make sense. If the national media continues to act like he is farmer Fran, only really a fit for LSU, then that may mitigate that. If he keeps winning at this clip, he would deserve it.
