Some of you guys are the most schizophrenic dumbasses out there. You bash J Lee all year long, and then when he threatens to transfer, you say he's an idiot. If I were him, I'd hit the road and never look back. The majority of the fans don't support him. Even if he's named the starter going into the season, nearly EVERYONE will be calling for Jordan Jefferson or Russell Sheppard with the first mistake he makes. So long suckas.

More than likely some guys lost in the DB, RB, or WR rotation. Guys like John Williams, Ron Brooks, etc.

I have also started to wonder if Lee will transfer. His luck is down here, the fans are down on him. He could sit out a year, then transfer back to a school like Houston or TCU and start for 2 years and improve his stock with a lot less pressure.
Or, he may do what he did in the in the second half against Troy, even if it was "just Troy": man up, come out in spite of the boos and get it done. Which is to say, what happened this season may simply inspire him to work harder on his game and with his WRs in the off season, etc.
We have no reason beyond mere Rant speculation to assume he won't return and work and compete even harder. Ditto for JJ.
Not everyone cuts and runs when things don't go their way.

why would lee stay at LSU. he will get beat out next year and always have this year hanging over his head. I would get the hell out and go to a smaller school and play with less pressure and give myself a chance to succeed.
But I would like to give Congratulations Jamie Howard, you are no longer the biggest goat in LSU history, looks like J Lee has taken your place after this season.

Truth is we need some to transfer to make room for recruits.

This is true. The coaches have probably known who wants to transfer.
This is nothing like a sinking ship. This happens every so often at schools like LSU.

We couldn't get 3 QBs ready to play THIS year. How are we supposed to get 4 or 5 Qbs ready. Hatch is back, Lee (if he doesn't TF), Jefferson, Sheppard, and Garrett sp??. I assume Garrett will RS a year, but that still leaves 4, and no, I don't think sheppard will RS (although he probably should).
