Did many people bow out of their season tickets?

At some point I checked that I was interested in season tickets. After paying up on hunting club dues that ship has sailed but the ticket office emails and calls me weekly now.

Did that many people bow out of their season tickets? Is there any official numbers out on that?

No clue, but the only seats "available" were the 600s for me.

I let my 4 go in the south end zone. Not because I was fed up, but because my employer moved me to Illinois. I do know others that bowed out because they were tired of how things are being run.

Same. But that was before China Virus and LSU becoming George Floyd U.

Now we don't want them but they still call and email like they're bill collectors asking if we want season tickets.

i am honestly sorry I rolled my tickets over last year. Wish I'd have let them go. Been going on those tickets since I was 6 years old, and I'm in my 60's now. It's just that the LSUBLM has turned me totally against giving another dime to that school. Not even following the baseball team, and I've had those tickets for 30 years now.

Don’t do it. It’s not worth it. Too many garbage OOC games. We had an amazing rare slate for 2020 but covid killed that.

We are at the point of potentially letting our tickets go. Between the hassle of parking, walking, and post game traffic and the wokeness of LSU, we are all about done.

I can play golf all day and watch the game in the ac at home with my clean toilet and cold beer. Screw it

Did they already allocate the tickets for upcoming season? I signed up for the requests but haven't heard anything since deadline.

I bowed out after 25 yrs., as it’s easier to watch on TV if you don’t own a parking pass. Outside of 2-3 games a year, they’re not worth a fraction of the cost. The ticket office did contact me with an opportunity renew for about two weeks after the deadline.

Keeping mine forever so there’s that. Undergrad and grad and family member graduation in two weeks. I am not donating elsewhere as alum but not suffering by giving up my 6 in the 40 ever. I love college football and of course live LSU forever.

Ditto - my two were the last of a group of 12 S EZ tix (six & six in consecutive rows) that friends bought after the Hallman error. Couldn't justify giving away tix to games we couldn't make. I'll spring for what it costs to buy on the market for the few games we may make.

I have had my seats in the south end zone for about 15 years. I am proud to be a LSU alumni and enjoy the games. The politics and BLM does not interest me at all. I intend to keep the tickets until I physically can not go to the game anymore.

Can’t wait to see SEC stadiums go the way of MLB stadiums. Pretty soon, you’ll have more clubs and bars put in at the upper levels and the removal of a few thousand seats.

The days of needing 100K seats in the stadium are dying.

The last time LSU Football sold out its season tickets was 2015. We didn't even sell out 2019.

I bowed out. Not supporting this school's bullshite. Get hit in the nuts financially for awhile maybe they'll reevaluate their perspective a little.
