Sooooooo, even if your version is right, what did they do wrong? You want our justice system to wait on professional sports drafts? Man we have dumb posters.

I hope he did that guy deserves to be reimbursed for the BR incompetence and lack of ability to clear a non-suspect. Anyone know if he did?

It is the responsibility of the police to investigate the murder properly, not worry about a potential suspects PR. I hate how incompetent BR officials are and complain about them almost daily, but this is not a time for that.

Collins agent, Deryk Gilmore, reportedly is asking the NFL to pull Collins from the draft and allow him to enter a supplemental draft this summer , but the NFL denied the request.

It is not clear why Collins waited four days to submit for questioning.

Collins did nothing to help his own cause.

You’re one of those dumbasses who is impossible to talk to. Let me explain it to you.

Let’s say you have a business deal coming up where you will make 30 million dollars in the next five days. Your ex gets killed that you haven’t talked to in almost a year and you are not suspect in the murder. The police bring you in to questing but don’t release their typical statement of he is not a suspect we just want to talk to him. shite you loose the 30 million and say thanks police for doing your job even though I had nothing to do with this.

Dude, you’re dumb. The police can’t help the timing of the murder. They have a job to do - investigate the murder. Collins was an ex that the police needed to talk to. There’s absolutely nothing liable there.

Wallow in your ignorance though. You’re in great company here.

ETA: the murderer is more “liable”. Maybe Collins should sue him. Idiot.

No Ricky Daddy claims to be a Duke graduate but routinely demonstrates ignorance that parallels the OP.

His beef should be with Goodell. I think it highly probable that he sent a mandate to every franchise that Collins be avoided or risk severe penalty.

Goodell couldn’t stomach the risk of another news story of NFL player and violence against women. You’ll never convince me that every single team would pass on a sure fire 1st rd talent like Collins for seven straight rounds without league interference, especially considering everyone who ever coached Collins was vouching for his character.

Joe Mixon, Greg Hardy, Aaron Hernandez, Dorial Green-Beckham, Jameis Winston. Teams routinely take a risk on guys with character issues. But not Collins. Goodell robbed him of millions.

You can blame the still unknown murderer. You can blame the victim’s family for claiming he was the father even after the paternity test proved otherwise. You can blame the NFL teams who wouldn’t take the risk. Blame God even. But don’t blame BRPD.

BRPD is a sham of an organization.

I can confirm this. In college my apartment was burglarized during Christmas break and my shotgun was stolen. BRPD called me 13 months later to ask me if I ever found my lost firearm.

So with the above facts you would just take the 30 million dollar loss and move on? Saying thank you BRPD for doing your job.

So if that’s your daughter that got killed, are you more concerned about getting her killer or a NFL contract?

He was investigated and cleared. Timing couldn’t be helped.

Agreed they could of brought him in but why not release a statement saying he is not a suspect if they did not consider him as suspect? Which on all abounds the police never considered him a suspect.

You also dont want cops to make investigative decisions based on civil liability
yeah, we do. There is very little accountability and rampant violation of constitutional rights. Immunity does nothing but breed and guarantee police corruption. Stop being part of the problem. I'm not saying Collins case has any official wrongdoing from the police, but they were obviously being petty and vindictive about something.

LOL...I guess you did no research. He has already made more than Andrus Peat who went number 13. Did you think he was going to be the first pick?

You do realize, if he sues and wins, he gets your tax money?

Government money isn't just made out of air. Government money is YOUR money.

So you might as well cut him a check for your portion of his payment.

The average person has no concept of how government and money work.
