Did Ensminger learn enough from Brady to run the same offense?

My biggest concern is in game adjustments. That was something E wasn’t very good at 2 years ago.

Doug Mallory and Bradley Dale Peveto didn’t seamlessly integrate Bo Pelini’s scheme.

You go out and hire a top notch young coach.

Better question is did Brady learn enough from Ensminger to have success as a standalone coordinator

It’s not running/calling plays that is all that hard.

It’s teaching, developing, tweaking, adjusting continually all season.

Hopefully Steve’s got it

Nope. I like Ensminger and appreciate his loyalty to the program but if you want results even remotely similar to what you saw this year, go find a sharp, young coordinator.

We could bring in Frank for that. Perhaps Frank and Steve could co'opt well.
