head coaches pretty much always want their own guys no matter how good the guys are they inherit, so I would imagine O is glad to put his own guy there.

O always mentioned having Dave Aranda on staff as part of having the best staff. Most times he talked he mentioned how great dave was at his job

When O was campaigning for the job he used Arandas name quite a bit so I doubt he wanted Aranda gone.

Orgeron promised to bring in the best staff, and these staff losses are proof that he made good on his word.
