This is the Depth Chart for the Defensive Line according to the Off the Bench (at 4:48) interview with Ed Orgeron.

Observations:
Jaquelin Roy will push for playing time and could possibly start somewhere along the line.
Phillip Webb listed at #3 RDE instead of OLB (listen at 6:30 mark).
• Coach O has raved about early enrollee BJ Ojulari at #2 RDE.
Ray Parker (RDE) was not mentioned.
• At DT, Jarell Cherry and Eric Tayler seemed like an either-or situation. Coach O mentioned that Cherry could play either DT or DE.

Notes:
• The purple boxes indicate 247sports ratings.
• The little white notepad and pencil indicates an early enrollee.
• The yellow boxes to the right of each position indicate a formula-based rating based off of players' 247sports composite rating + experience, etc. These ratings have nothing to do with my personal opinion.

That's what I had been thinking all along, but Coach O listed him at #3 RDE at the 6:30 mark.

A lot of talent but a lot of youth and inexperience. Shelvin, Logan and Farrell are the experienced vets there with guys like Thomas and Anthony who've been around the program a while but haven't made an impact and then talented newcomers Roy, Webb, Ojulari, Guillory

ED O has returned LSU to big time rotation of DLineman for a game. 2011 was the last time we had this much solid Depth on the DL . i think the Oline is getting there as well. Will take one more year with another recruiting class for Oline though.

I really can’t wait to see TK and Ali Gaye. Both big question marks but freaks of nature

Hope Farrell gets a lot of playing time, which I think he will.
