The coaches have said up to about 50 yards under good conditions (such as not having the wind in his face)

I was watching warm ups at the Kent State game and Hairston was kicking FGs from the middle of the eye with room to spare. I'm sure for long range, Hairston will be the guy.

Yeah... I was surprised he didn't get a shot to kick when we punted from the 36 against Auburn...
I think it would have been against the wind as the direction was from south to north.
