He has bad knees. There is no point in putting more miles than needed on them.
Nose tackle is one of the few positions where you can afford to not practice as much. His one job is to clog up the middle and take up space.

Well, we finally tried a couple of libs in the red zone. Didn't work but they were close. I think Dee might have gotten one of them.

If Shelvin would get his mind right he could be a major fix in our run D. If he could get any push and draw doubles our ILBs would feast.

It's possible, if not likely that he needs Monday off to let the swelling/ inflammation in knees go down so he can play later in the week.

Shelvin had a very solid grade against SELA. Better than everyone who played against SELA other than Farrell who was highest among DL that game.

Greedy gave up 2 catches and had PI on 7 passes thrown his way, he definitely gave up a few chunk yardage in those. Baker I'm not sure gave up any catches. He was extremely elite. Gave zero ground to any of our WRs and easily went up and battled with a much taller Sullivan. Greedy played well but Baker was definitely on another level this game.

He has a lingering knee problem from surgery in high school. They rest him as much as they can because he definitely has a very limited football lifespan before those knees probably fully give out.
