Per Orgeron. Injury or Bo striking again?

No sense in putting Delpit on his ankle until you have to. He knows what to do

Dude, they said Delpit is playing. Why say something that isn’t true?

No Orgeron said he is “expected” to play. That leaves wiggle room if need be, but don’t get it twisted if he hasn’t practiced at all this week, this is a bigger deal regarding his injury than is being let on.

I can’t agree with this.

If he’s not healthy enough to practice today, he’s not going to be close to 100% on Sat. I don’t doubt that he’ll try to play but I think there is a better chance than not that his injury has a negative impact on the game.

Ed Orgeron says they still feel like Grant Delpit will play. He did a little bit of individual today, but they didn't push it too far

Sounds like they’re holding him out to get him ready. No need putting him out there and having him tweak the ankle and make it worse.

This isn’t 10 years ago anymore when coaches had a hard rule if you don’t practice you don’t play.

Delpit is in his 3rd year as a starter he doesn’t need to be at practice. He just needs to get his mind and body ready for the game. It’s an ankle and the only true way to heal an ankle is to rest it as much as you can. He won’t be 100 percent the rest of the season until he can truly rest on it just like Tua but 80-85 percent Tua/Delpit is better than 90 percent of the country at 100 percent.

His ankle will probably be sore and may swell some the day after the game. Why do that now before the game? Of course we would rather him not have a sprained ankle but have to deal with it the best they can. I am sure they will be able to tell in pregame if he is still better than the backup.
