Pretty much a worst case scenario for the bracket, for Arkansas coming out of the loser's bracket only having to throw 1 pitcher in a game.

Wood certainly has no chance of pitching verse us with 9 inning. It'd be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday matchup.

Gonna come back here to call out people on my post that thought it was dumb that I asked does Wood get a Win and a Save in that situation. Do y'all really have 0 idea that a pitcher that is up 3 in last inning and gets 3 outs without losing is considered a save? Like are ya'll really that clueless?

Do you know how many people in the world actually know this? People have more significant things to care about than the rules of if a pitcher can get a save or win in same game. In addition to no pitcher pitches a complete game anymore so this never happens.
In my opinion it makes no sense. Doesn't matter if someone new comes in, a save is a save is a save. Leading by 3 or less and close out a win. Starting pitcher should be able to get a save.
