February - we embrace the preseason #1 ranking.
Late May - we went 4-5 on the road against 3 national seeds, which shows we can play with anyone.
Nuff said.

I’m not worried about competing with national seeds brah. We are LSU baseball we expect to beat national seeds.

As much as it pains me to say it and as bad as I want to be wrong about this...if this 2019 LSU baseball team makes it to a super regional, it will be as far as they go. This just sucks with all of the talent we have and the lofty aspirations we had going into the season. Regardless, Geaux Tigers!

It will have to be next year man, bc you, me, and everybody else knows we aren't going to make it to Omaha this season. Only way this team goes to Omaha is if they buy tickets like all the other spectators.

Even if we get Henry back, this team just doesn't hit the ball well enough and is too inconsistent to make a run to Omaha. I just don't see it.

The hitting has improved. If Henry comes back and Walker/Marceaux pitch like they did this weekend, we can make a run. Not saying it’ll happen but the pieces are there.
