Not really. He is much much more selective than most managers. Then again he is LH heavy and lacks quality RH bats

Because we were pitching a lefty slapdick. None of our left handed batters can hit left handed pitching outside of Morgan. Blows my fricking mind why we didn’t start Kling and put Morgan in left field and Jones at first. They would’ve been acclimated to the game and not asked to pinch hit. So tired of the stupid shite we have to watch. The changes are so simple to make.

The only pinch hitter, called by Jay, in recent memory that worked out was Travinski against ol miss, other than that, every one he’s called since resulted in an out. And Travinski likely should’ve been started all along. Dude is stroking the ball since getting regular playing time!
