I think there should be plenty of blame to go around. The coaching has been horrendous, but the players have shown little effort. I watched a lineman pancake our d line and literally sit on him. There was no effort to get up off the ground.

There is no pursuit as well, I see players give up as soon as the play gets behind them. You just can’t half arse defense.

bingo. Our players are quitters. They need a kick in the arse. Our team leaders are non existent.

I think player effort is a direct result of not knowing the scheme. After a quarter of running around looking lost in the field will have an effect on effort.
